On July 9, 2019, under the leadership of Professor Duan Qifu, the expert and technical team of Jinduicheng Molybdenum Ruyang Co., Ltd. held a special technical seminar on practice and discussion of ball adding method in Φ 10.37m × 5.19m semi autogenous grinding interval of Jinduicheng Molybdenum Ruyang Co., Ltd. with leaders at all levels, workshop directors and team leaders of Jinduicheng Molybdenum Ruyang Co., Ltd.
Since the company has provided technical services for Ruyang No.2 plant in Jinduicheng for more than one year, the expert and technical team has carried out on-site investigation and exchange for many times, and collected and recorded the daily data in detail. Based on this, combined with the actual working conditions on site, the properties of molybdenum iron ore, process parameters of semi autogenous grinding mill, grinding medium steel ball parameters, wear cycle of mill liner, and mill operation indexes are analyzed After a lot of data comparison and summary, the wear interval statistical table of Φ 10.37m × 5.19m semi autogenous grinding was obtained. Based on the experience of other large-scale semi autogenous mills successfully served by our company, the ball consumption corresponding to different ore hardness in Jinduicheng Ruyang No.2 plant is analyzed in detail, and the standard division, comparison and summary are made, and the ball adding method suitable for JINDUICHENG Ruyang No.2 plant is obtained.
Mr. Duan made a report at the technical seminar. First of all, he thanks the leaders at all levels of Ruyang No.2 plant for their strong support and help over the past year. Thanks to the hard work of the field technical team members, fruitful results have been achieved with the joint efforts of both parties. The unit consumption of semi autogenous mill before our company provides technology is 1.0585 kg / T, and the average unit consumption after adopting the interval ball adding method of our company is 0.7603 The unit consumption decreased by 28.17%, and the unit consumption reached the lowest of 0.5746 kg / T. Mr. Duan introduced the working principle of semi autogenous grinding, its application and development at home and abroad, and the application cases of the semi autogenous grinding interval balling method of the company at home and abroad. Combined with the data of Ruyang No.2 plant in Jinduicheng, he made a detailed report on the definition, significance, operation procedures and methods of the semi autogenous grinding interval balling method, as well as the influencing factors of the semi autogenous grinding interval balling method. Finally, six control points and three suggestions are put forward for the semi autogenous grinding interval ball adding method in Ruyang No.2 plant of Jinduicheng.

He combines practical experience with theoretical knowledge, and compiles key operation steps into doggerel, which is recognized by leaders at all levels in Ruyang No. 2 plant of Jinduicheng. The leaders of Ruyang No.2 factory carefully listened to the report of general manager Duan, and they had a warm and in-depth discussion. Mr. Duan analyzed from the simple to the deep, and answered questions and doubts for everyone. The original plan of 2 hours of technical exchange was extended to more than 4 hours.
